Can we bring our own decorations to the venue?
- A1: Absolutely! We encourage you to personalize the space to suit your event's theme and style. Feel free to bring in your own decor to create the perfect ambiance.

What is the reservation process?
- A2: To secure your desired date, we require a %50 deposit. The remaining balance is due one week before your event. Specials and packages must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Are outside caterers and vendors allowed?
- A3: Yes, you are welcome to bring in your own caterers and vendors. We want to ensure your event is tailored to your preferences and needs.

Is alcohol allowed at the venue?
- A4: Yes, alcohol is permitted. However, if alcohol is present, we require security to ensure the safety of all guests.

Can your team assist with decorating the venue?
-Certainly! We offer decorating services and party rentals to help you achieve your desired look and feel. Just let us know your vision, and we'll make it a reality

 

How is rental time calculated, including setup and breakdown?
- A6: Your rental period includes time for both setup and breakdown. Please ensure that all hours needed for these activities are accounted for in your rental duration.

Can I visit the venue before booking?
- A7: Of course! We encourage you to schedule a visit to our venue to see the space and discuss your event needs. Contact us to arrange a viewing. 205.401.1880

What is your cancellation policy?
- A8: Our cancellation policy  states you may reschdule your event up to one year after your orginal scheduled event. no refunds will be given.

Is parking available on-site?
Yes, we have on-site parking for your convenience and the convenience of your guests. Parking is located on the front side and across the street from the building.

Are there any noise restrictions for events?
- A10: We have noise guidelines in place to ensure a pleasant experience for all. Please adhere to these guidelines to maintain a harmonious atmosphere.
